- The authors from the Mainland China should check your e-mail for the special registration information sent by the UECTC-RE organization committee. Please register before March 15, 2009. And in order for the paper to be included in the proceedings, at least one of the authors have to pay registration fee and publication fee by bank transfer or post transfer before March 5, 2009. At the same time, please send your payment massage to the UECTC-RE organization committee by e-mail(uectc_re2009@bjut.edu.cn).
- The student fee applies to students from outside of mainland China only, and at least one of the authors has to pay the full registrant rate in order to have the paper included in the proceedings. The student fee does not include the proceedings CD and abstract book.
- Proof of Nationality and Residency required upon Check-in.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION PERTAINING TO ON-SITE REGISTRATION
- All payments must be in US Dollars only.
- No personal checks will be accepted onsite. Only bank issued checks will be accepted.
- All delegates must show government issued identification (Eg. Passport or Drivers License)
Cancellation:
All cancellation requests must be made in writing and faxed or postmarked by April 28, 2009. Please note all cancellations will be subject to $100 processing fee and $50 for students. Refunds will be made within four weeks of the end of the conference. Cancellations will not be accepted after April 28, 2009. "No shows" are not refundable and are liable for the full registration fee. Instead of canceling, your registration may be transferred by giving a colleague a written authorization.
